برنامج "رشح واربح" - الشروط والأحكام
- The referral scheme is valid until 31st December 2025.
- Open to all residents of Oman, who are existing owners of a Jeep, Dodge, RAM, or Alfa Romeo vehicle originally purchased as a new vehicle from Mohsin Haider Darwish Automobiles LLC.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- A referrer may submit multiple referrals.
- The referrer shall be entitled to an OMR 100 Gift Voucher for each successful referral. A successful referral is defined as the purchase of a new Jeep, Dodge, RAM, or Alfa Romeo vehicle by the referred customer from Mohsin Haider Darwish Automobiles in Oman. In the event that the referred customer purchases more than one eligible vehicle, the referrer will receive an OMR 100 Gift Voucher for each vehicle purchased.
- Pre-owned vehicles or purchases made through any other outlet do not qualify.
- To qualify as a successful referral, the new vehicle must be purchased by an individual resident. Company, Ministry, Rent-a-Car, or other commercial purchases are excluded.
- The mobile number of the referred person will serve as the unique ID.
- A referral is valid for 6 months from the date of submission. If the referred person does not complete a vehicle purchase within this period, the referral will expire and the original referrer will no longer be eligible for the reward. In the event the same person is referred again by someone else after the 6-month period, the new referrer will be considered eligible, provided all other conditions are met.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- The Vouchers may be redeemed at MHD Automobiles Mopar Service Centres for service, parts/accessories, or consumables.
- Employees of Mohsin Haider Darwish Automobiles LLC and their immediate family members (father, mother, spouse, siblings, children) are not eligible for this program.
- Mohsin Haider Darwish Automobiles LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the program without prior notice.

- البرنامج متاح لجميع المقيمين في عمان، الملاك الحاليين لسيارات جيب ودودج ورام أو ألفا روميو.
- لا يُسمح بالترشيحات الذاتية.
- يمكن للمُرشِح إرسال عدة ترشيحات
- سيكون الشخص المُرشِح مستحقا لقسيمة هدايا بقيمة 100 ريال عماني عن كل ترشيح ناجح. الترشيح الناجح يمكن تعريفه على أنه شراء لسيارة جيب، دودج، رام أو ألفا روميو جديدة من محسن حيدر درويش للمركبات في عمان من قبل الزبون المرشح. في حال شراء الزبون المرشح لأكثر من سيارة واحدة مؤهلة، سيحصل المُرشِح على قسيمة هدايا بقيمة 100 ريال عُماني عن كل سيارة يتم شراؤها.
- السيارات المستعملة أو المشتريات من أي منفذ آخر غير مؤهلة للمشاركة في البرنامج
- لتتأهل كمُرشِح ناجح، يجب أن يتم شراء السيارة الجديدة من قبل الشخص المقيم. يُستثنى من هذا البرنامج مشتريات الشركات والوزارات وشركات تأجير السيارات أو المشتريات التجارية الأخرى.
- سيكون رقم الهاتف المحمول للشخص المرشح بمثابة المعرف الفريد
يكون الترشيح ساريًا لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ تقديم طلب الترشيح. إذا لم يكمل الشخص المُرشح عملية شراء السيارة خلال هذه الفترة، ستنتهي صلاحية الترشيح ولن يكون العميل الذي رشحه مؤهلاً للحصول على الجائزة. في حال ترشيح نفس الشخص مرة أخرى من قِبل شخص آخر بعد فترة الستة أشهر، سيُعتبر الشخص الذي رشحه مؤهلاً للحصول على المكافأة بشرط استيفاء جميع الشروط الأخرى
- القسائم غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استبدالها نقدا أو ببطاقة ائتمان أو أي أغراض أخرى
- القسائم صالحة لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ الإصدار
- يمكن استبدال القسائم في مراكز خدمة موبار التابعة لمحسن حيدر درويش للمركبات مقابل خدمات الصيانة أو قطع الغيار/الملحقات أو المواد الاستهلاكية.
- لا يحق لموظفي محسن حيدر درويش للمركبات ش.م.م وأفراد عائلاتهم الأقربين (الأب، الأم، الزوج/الزوجة، الإخوة، الأبناء) الاستفادة من هذا البرنامج.
تحتفظ محسن حيدر درويش للمركبات ش.م.م بالحق في تغيير أو تعديل أو إنهاء البرنامج دون إشعار مسبق
