HONGQI REFER & GET REWARDED

1. Objective

Drive walk-ins, encourage test drives, and convert referrals into sales through a structured and rewarding referral journey.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Who can refer?

• The referral program is open to all residents of Oman, aged 18 or above.
• Self-referrals are prohibited. The referrer and referee must be two different individuals.
• Employees of MHD ACERE, MHD Automobiles and their immediate family members (father, mother, spouse, siblings, children) are not eligible to participate in this program.
• The referrer must submit the referral through the official Hongqi online referral form before the referee visits the showroom.
• A referrer may submit multiple referrals and will be eligible to receive a separate reward for each referee who completes a qualifying vehicle purchase.

Who can be referred?

• The referee must be a resident of Oman.
• The referee must not be an existing lead or customer in MHD ACERE’s CRM database at the time of referral submission.
• The referee must purchase a new Hongqi vehicle from MHD ACERE (Hongqi Oman showroom in Azaiba, Muscat), and have their vehicle invoiced and registered by MHD ACERE.
• Vehicle purchases made by companies, ministries, rental agencies, or any other commercial entities are not eligible for the referral reward.

3. Reward Structure:

• On a successful sale, the referrer receives an OMR 100 Majid Al Futtaim gift voucher (that can be used at any MAF property (incl. outside Oman).
• On completion of the test drive, every referee who completes a test drive gets an assured gift – a coffee for two at a partnered café.

4. Success Criteria

• A referral is considered successful only when the referred customer completes the purchase (vehicle has been invoiced and handover of the vehicle to the buyer is complete).
• If two or more referrers submit the same referee, only the first valid referral received will be considered.
• Referrals will be tracked using the referred individual’s mobile number, which will serve as their unique identifier throughout the program.

5. Validity

Each referral remains valid for a period of 3 months from the date of submission. If the referee purchases the vehicle after this period, the referral will no longer be eligible for a reward.

6. How It Works (Internal Use only)

• Referrer submits the referral via an online form.
• Referral is tracked and matched with CRM data.
• Once the referred customer completes a purchase:
• Sales team logs the invoice
• Marketing/CRM team verifies the match and triggers the reward

7. Duration

The Referral program is effective from xx/07/2025 and is an ongoing program (no end date).

8. Geography

The Referral program applies only to the Hongqi showroom in Azaiba, Muscat.

9. Data, Consent & Fair Use

• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained the referee’s consent to share their contact details with MHD ACERE.
• MHD ACERE reserves the right to:
• Verify the authenticity of both the referrer and referee,
• Reject duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete referrals,
• Disqualify participants who violate program rules.
• All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with applicable Omani data protection laws and used solely for the purposes of this program. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained the referee’s prior consent to share their information with MHD ACERE.

10. Limitations

The referral reward is:

• Non-transferable,
• Non-exchangeable,
• Not redeemable for cash.

Rewards cannot be combined with any other campaign or special offer unless explicitly stated.

11. Program Modifications

MHD ACERE reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Review and update terms and rewards as necessary.

12. Jurisdiction

The referral program and its terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
