THE GRENADIER
This new off-road model takes its inspiration from legendary 4X4 vehicles of the past. It takes the very best aspects of their design while adding modern INEOS know-how to create a truly unique vehicle.
This globally-available vehicle will appeal to explorers and adventurers, as well as traditional 4X4 fans that simply enjoy an authentic off-road driving experience. It was designed to handle some of the world’s harshest environments but is also versatile enough to provide a comfortable and civilized on-road daily driving experience.
The Grenadier will offer a viable and pure alternative to the current crop of standardized and ubiquitous SUVs.
“I’m a great admirer of the old Land Rover Defender and have enormous respect for its off-road capability,” says Jim Ratcliffe, INEOS Chairman, “and our new 4X4 has been inspired by it. But whilst our off-roader might share its spirit, our new vehicle will be a major improvement on previous models.”
WHERE IT ALL BEGINS
In 2017, INEOS Chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe identified a gap in the market for a utility 4X4. Sitting with friends in London’s Grenadier pub, he decided to do something about it. Together, they outlined a plan to create an entirely new vehicle. It’s been quite a story so far.

The INEOS Grenadier is manufactured at Hambach, one of Europe’s most modern automotive manufacturing sites. It is home to highly experience and capable workforce, has an excellent track record amongst Mercedes plants for quality of its output.
We launched the Dubai workshop to keep you on the move, and get your Grenadier serviced every 12 months. All technicians and support staff ensure our exacting standards are met at every turn.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES SUPPORT
We know you depend on your Grenadier. You can’t afford costly downtime. So, our workshops will carry common parts and we’ll aim to provide delivery in maximum 72 hours for any we don’t have on the shelf.
We’ve also developed an interactive parts catalogue to make it easy for you to identify exactly what parts you need, and to place an order for them.

Of course, a 21st century vehicle comes with electronics best left to our master technicians, but your Owner’s Handbook and online ‘How To’ guides can help you carry out your own simple mechanical maintenance. You’ll also find every component broken down on screen in the online interactive animated 3D repair manual.
